Wills and Probate

Liberty & Co Solicitors provides legal representation to client clients in most Probate matters. It has been observed that a good number of individuals domiciled within the UK, neither prepared a Will, nor made adequate arrangements for their estates to be dealt with subsequent to their death. This caused a lot of distress for their surviving relatives who, other than dealing with the bereavement of their loved ones now have to pick up the pieces of attempting to wind up their estate, which one has to admit can be quite challenging. We are able to provide tailor made advice, guidance and representation to individuals and assist in putting their affairs in order in order to ensure that their dependants and loved are well looked after.

Family

Liberty & Co Solicitors is competent and able to provide legal advice, assistance and representation to clients in need of services on issues pertaining to Family law. It is noted that issues pertaining to family matters between parties can be a disheartening process. It can also be quite acrimonious and contentious. We try to consider alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to resolve disputes between parties rather than litigation in order to arrive at a win situation for all parties. However should this not be feasible, we are able to provide an efficient representation on the client’s behalf.
